RECEPTIONIST / CLIENT RELATIONS OFFICER

As our Receptionist/Client Relations Officer, Claire serves as the initial point of contact for our clients, providing assistance over the phone or warmly welcoming them into our office.

With over 25 years of customer service experience, Claire is able to communicate with clients from various backgrounds, while demonstrating sensitivity, understanding, and impartiality.  Prior to joining our team, she received an award for her contribution to enhancing Customer Care Development.

Outside of work, Claire cherishes spending time with her husband and two grown-up daughters. She enjoys attending concerts, tending to her garden, and exploring new places through travel.
